CONTINUING...

Reflecting on his post-college days in advertising, Eddie questions the goodness in advertising campaigns of companies like Budweiser, Sony and Con-Edison, and products like Spaghetti-O's and Frosted Flakes; especially getting a great response with bits on the latter two. Those who aren't particularly concerned with what they're ingesting -- or even being a marketing target -- will certainly enjoy Eddie's other material, which surprisingly strays from relationships and anything that could potentially be vulgar. He spends most of his time talking about what makes us the people we are, from accents and nicknames to the politics and media we endure on a daily basis.

Contrary to many other truth-seekers, after Eddie Brill has performed, you do feel better about life itself. The only people that get put down in his allotted set time are politicians (i.e. the Kennedy family), members of the media (i.e. newscasters) and those wearing toupees. Eddie will undoubtedly back at Governor's in a few months, but until then, if you're not going to a taping of Letterman, you can see him at Manhattan hotspots like Caroline's and The Luna Lounge. If you're reading this and aren't at Eddie's return trip to Governor's, you really should be ashamed of yourself.
